Had such a great experience here! I chose the package with a body scrub, jacuzzi, and aromatherapy massage from Gowabi, and everything was amazing. The whole experience was very relaxing, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. They welcomed me with a refreshing drink, which was a nice touch before starting the treatment. After the treatment, they also served a warm drink and some snacks, which made the experience feel even more complete and thoughtful. I left feeling super relaxed and refreshed. Definitely a 5-star experience and would happily come back again! 💆🏻‍♀️✨

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Heaven at Viva Jiva Spa at Lancaster Bangkok! I just experienced 3.5 hours of pure bliss at the Lancaster Bangkok Spa, and I’m still floating! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. I started with a rejuvenating full-body scrub that left my skin feeling brand new, followed by the most soothing and luxurious spa bath—the perfect warm, aromatic cocoon to melt away every bit of tension. But the highlight? One of thee best body massages I have EVER had. My therapist was incredible—attentive, intuitive, and gifted. Every stroke felt intentional, healing, and deeply relaxing. I walked in tired and tight… I walked out completely restored, glowing, and refreshed in a way I didn’t know I needed. If you’re in Bangkok, do yourself a favor and treat your mind, body, and soul to this experience. Worth every minute and every baht. I’ll be talking about this for a long time! ✨🥰💆🏽‍♀️🧖🏽‍♀️

If you stay at Lancaster Bangkok, it's a good spa to visit. They do listen to customers' feedback. We were not satisfied by their first massage but they offered another free 30min session in the following day as compensation. The overall experience is quite good.

I booked a couples massage and spa package through GoWabi and we were so happy with our experience! The masseuses were very professional, great English, and made for a great experience. The beds were so so comfy, the room had shower, jacuzzi, toilet, massage tables and changing area. Highly recommend this place!!! Just have a picture from the relaxing room after the massage forgot to photo the inside.
