1. Who we are
DaThaiDa (dathaida.com) decides how your personal data is used for the service. Contact: support@dathaida.com.
2. What we collect
Account: email, password (stored scrambled), name, phone number, nationality, chat language. Bookings: shop, time, menu, number of people, preferences, notes, messages with the shop, reviews. Technical: basic logs and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language and currency.
3. Why we use it
To run your account, send your booking request to the shop and let you chat with it, translate messages, prevent spam and abuse, and keep the service working. We do not sell your data.
4. Who sees it
The shop you book with sees your name, phone number, country, booking details and messages. Our service providers process data for us: Supabase (database, Singapore), Cloudflare (hosting and bot checks), Resend (email), Google (maps and sign-in), Anthropic (message translation).
5. How long we keep it
While your account is open. Booking records are kept up to 3 years for disputes and records, then deleted or made anonymous.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to its use, by writing to support@dathaida.com. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
7. Children
DaThaiDa is for people aged 18 and over.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will show the date above. Big changes are shown on the site.
