  We purchased the 4 out of 7 services package for 560 THB, which included a beard treatment, ear spa, foot spa, and facial spa. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The therapist took me upstairs and started the facial. While my eyes were closed, I suddenly realised she had started shaving my beard without asking for my permission. By the time I understood what was happening, one side of my beard was already gone. I stayed quiet because I know a beard grows back, but it should never have been done without my consent. To make matters worse, it was the most painful beard shave I’ve ever experienced. No shaving foam, gel, or cream was used. She simply scraped away at my beard with a razor, which was extremely uncomfortable. Halfway through, I had to ask her to stop because of the pain. The facial itself was actually quite good, but the ear spa was nothing more than cleaning my ears with a cotton bud, and the foot spa consisted of simply washing my feet. Those treatments did not resemble what I would expect from a spa service. The problems didn’t end there. After getting changed and going downstairs to pay, I was told they only accepted cash. This was never mentioned before the treatment started. I then had to leave and find a money exchange, only to discover that exchanging cash required my passport. That meant going all the way back to my hotel to collect my passport, returning to the exchange, and then coming back to the spa to pay. To top it off, the owner sent a staff member to follow me to make sure I actually exchanged the money and that too with my half beard Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. The facial was the only enjoyable part, but the lack of communication, shaving my beard without permission, poor quality of the other treatments, and the payment issues completely ruined the visit. I would not return or recommend this place.
