An excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. The colors, décor, and every little detail were thoughtfully designed to create a calm and peaceful environment, with a luxurious and elegant touch. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, from the warm reception to the end of the session. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth trying. Highly recommended!

This is my first time visiting the spa at SCAPE. The atmosphere is really relaxing, and the reception staff are super friendly. They recommended a great program for me. I also love the scent of White Tea—it’s so soft and soothing!

The atmosphere and the staff are very nice. I always come here for 90 mins massage. They provide good quality massage services by professional staff. The spa products are also great with unique scents to choose. The price is reasonable compared with the service they provide.

5 star experience. You can look at the menu beforehand, where there are a variety of treatments to choose from and clear descriptions of what each of them offer. Highly recommend "Thai Stretching": massage lady did a wonderful job and relieved all my body's tension. My mom did a facial and it was so relaxing that she fell asleep ... Prior to treatment, a form is filled out so any necessary precautions are taken into account. Refreshments are offered before and after the massage. Service is good: they pamper you. Also love the color scheme and furniture choices, as they help create a serene environment. The bed is soft and comfortable. Not to mention convenient location in mall. Thank you, will be back when we visit Bangkok again!

Excellent service from all the staff member. From the receptions to the therapists, everyone was very welcoming and nice. The facility is very clean and comforting. The AC is quite cold but the heated bed and the warmed foot bath before the therapy makes the experience super cozy. I went for a 90-minute oil massage that began with the aforementioned warm foot bath and arm massage. Then the rest of the treatment was just comforting all the way. The therapist was a small lady who was very polite, and kept checking in if everything was okay. Although she had lighter touch, it was enough for me to fall asleep. All the products used smelled amazing and all the products in the suite are changed to accommodate your choice of massage oil. Overall, I recommend this place for a quick or day spa. The price isn’t cheap, but it makes sense with how nice the facility, products, and services are. Please do book your appointment in advance.
