We called ahead to make a reservation, and the staff confirmed that there was an available appointment. We arrived within 5 minutes, just before 11:00 PM. As soon as we arrived, the staff rushed us to make the payment and repeatedly told us that they would have to go home late because we came so late. We were also told that the massage therapists live far away. The way this was communicated made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. According to Google, your business hours are until 12:00 AM (midnight). If your last appointment is actually at 10:00 PM and the shop effectively closes at 11:00 PM, this should be clearly communicated to customers and reflected in your business hours online. If you were about to close, why did you accept our booking in the first place? It would have been much better to let us know over the phone instead of accepting the reservation and then making us feel guilty for coming. We completely understand that everyone wants to finish work on time, and we respect that. However, once you accept a customer's booking, they should be welcomed professionally—not made to feel like they are a burden. We hope you will improve your communication and provide a better experience for future customers.

Zero stars if I could. Pls don’t go here. I went for a foot massage today. The massage itself was terrible — the masseus lady took 3 breaks to run to check her phone, she was rushing through my foot massage fast & hurting me…when I told her “less strong” she gave me an angry face, became more rushed & rough, and started speaking loudly to others! At the end, she tried to end my massage 10 minutes early and lied about her start time, when I complained finally to the older lady at the front desk (who had taken my payment upfront) that lady did nothing (pretended she didnt understand)! She didn’t apologise or address the matter, only smirked at me and the masseus started shouting loudly in Thai & making a scene! I was was shocked. Many other customers saw. I’m still shaking from this experience! These two unethical women should not be working anyplace! I will tell everyone I know in Bkk to avoid Phunnee, and I hope tourists see this review. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Amazing foot massage experience.... Located just opposite Ikea, near Emporium massage, is this massage centre. The place is neat & clean, well equipped with massage sofa's and the therapists are amazing. They massage so well weth pain oil and massage so well on the pressure points. Have happy hour from 12pm to 3pm from Monday to Friday....

With all the choices in Bangkok, it's hard to know which place to pick. Glad I chose this place. Had a great hot aroma massage, good price, and competent masseuse. That massage has a scented oil, and is more of a medium pressure, rather than the harder, deeper massages.
