The staff are friendly and helpful. The essential oil scent and overall great environment are lovely. The therapist is professional and the signature therapeutic aroma massage was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the hot stone and herbal compressed ball. They even let you take the herbal compressed ball home. The dessert was delicious and not too sweet. I’ll definitely return to try the onsen next time.

Came here for an afternoon massage with onsen. Came out with feeling rejuvenates and relaxed. My muscle knots were fixed while listening to the relaxing music and smelling the nature wood scent. The waiting area gives you this calm and comfortable feeling. The outdoor mini waterfall with a few koi fishes gave a nice nature feel. What a wonderful experience. Keep up the quality of your service.

The place is elegant, comfortable, and perfect for relaxation. The massage experience was excellent, and what stood out most was the professionalism, kindness, and refined service of the staff. I only have one small suggestion that could make the experience even better: it would be wonderful to provide disposable slippers, as many hotels do, for added comfort and hygiene. A lovely place that is definitely worth visiting, and I would be happy to return.

The loviest place with sweet people. Nan gave me the best traditional thai massage. The technique of a master! No joke! I got a new body! Staff is lovely and professional. They weee joked for the onsen massage I wanted but sorted out a good time before my flight left. I will be back next time!

I just had the most incredible 90-minute spa session here, and I cannot recommend it enough. I opted for a combination treatment that included hot stone therapy, a traditional herbal compress, and aromatherapy oil massage, which turned out to be the perfect trio for relaxation. The warmth from the herbal compress was incredibly soothing, releasing a wonderful aroma that immediately calmed my mind. The hot stones were a game-changer; the heat penetrated deep into my muscles, melting away all the tension in my back and shoulders. My therapist was exceptional—she knew exactly how to blend the heat therapy with the smooth, rhythmic strokes of the oil massage to ensure deep relaxation. By the end of the session, I felt completely rejuvenated and light, as if I were walking on air. It was a truly satisfying experience that perfectly balanced therapeutic relief with luxury. If you are looking to de-stress, this combination is a must-try!
