After walking around Bangkok for most of the day, I felt that a foot massage was exactly what I needed before heading back to my hotel for the night. While exploring the area near my hotel, I noticed Olivia Massage 3 and decided to give it a try. One of the main reasons I chose this place was because it was much quieter than the neighbouring massage parlours. I generally prefer a peaceful environment when getting a massage, and this seemed like the right choice. I arrived at around 11pm and booked a 1-hour foot massage. The therapist assigned to me was very good, and the massage was exactly what my tired feet needed after a long day of walking. The sofa was also surprisingly comfortable, so much so that I ended up falling asleep during the session. The entire experience was relaxing and hassle-free. By the time the massage ended, I felt refreshed and ready for a good night's sleep. One thing I felt bad about was that I wanted to leave a tip for the therapist, but I realised too late that I did not have any small notes or change with me. Sorry about that. I will definitely be better prepared next time. Before leaving, I was given a bottle of water, which was a thoughtful gesture after the massage. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience. Good massage, comfortable seating, a quiet atmosphere and a thoughtful service made it a pleasant way to end the day.

Very mediocre massage, poor service! We bought 1.5hour oil massage at ฿800 but the massage finished at 1hr5m ish! No greeting service, no water, no slippers, no lemongrass tea whatsoever!! The masseur’s phone kept vibrating on the same bed throughout the session. In the end, the massage just ended abruptly without those typical head massage and back pulling etc. Won’t return and won’t recommend at all.

The quality of the massage from the masseuse that I got was ok, nothing amazing or not that bad either. The place looked inviting from the outside, the staffs were a lot more friendlier than the receptionist lady (man be the owner). She was more rather rude, didn’t say anything and just demanded for money not even a smile. So I don’t think I will go back. Plenty of other places around. Not sure how they got 4+ stars though.

所有人避雷！ WORST experience ever in Thai! we paid 1 hour Thai and 1 hour oil. because of a little wound of my feet, I didn't wash my feet and go up to the room directly to wait. the guy came in at 8:30 and finished at 9:25(and it's not Thai massage at all, just like touch! the guy even used his mobile for messages while I faced downk) Then we went downstairs to another room for oil massage. he came in at 9:40 and finished at 10:15! we paid for 2 hours and at last we received 90mins Services! Which is even worse! the boss told me it started when you washed your feet, and no matter how long you wait in the room. The minute you step inside, your clock tiks! ridiculously bad and unprofessional!

I’ve visited Thailand many times and had massages at various places, but unfortunately this was the most disappointing experience I’ve had so far. I would not recommend this place to anyone seeking a proper massage. At the shop entrance, I clearly asked for a 2-hour full body oil massage. I was then told it was sold out, which made no sense at all, as there were clearly other therapists available at the time. In the end, I was only offered a 90-minute massage, which was not what I originally requested, leaving me completely confused and disappointed by the explanation. The room was extremely small and stuffy, making it impossible to relax. The therapist had to keep moving the massage bed to adjust her position, and I could also hear beds being moved in other rooms, which completely ruined any sense of peace or privacy. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing massage environment, this place is definitely not suitable. Another serious issue was the massage bed design there was no face hole for lying face down, making it very uncomfortable and difficult to breathe. As for the massage itself, the technique was extremely poor. A proper oil massage usually starts from the back, but the therapist started directly from my chest, which felt very unprofessional and awkward. The rest of the massage was just random rubbing on the legs and arms, with no technique or flow at all. I eventually asked to stop and change to another therapist. The second therapist was slightly better than the first, but unfortunately still lacked proper skills, and I was never able to fully relax throughout the session. Overall, this was by far the worst massage experience I’ve had in Thailand. I genuinely do not understand how this place has a 4.6-star rating on Google.
