The salon team was honestly very kind, respectful, hardworking, and welcoming throughout the whole appointment. They really took their time and made me feel comfortable, which I appreciated a lot. That being said, I was a little disappointed with the final result because I showed a specific reference/inspiration photo, and the outcome did not look very similar to it. The hair itself does not look bad, but especially considering it was quite an expensive service, I was expecting something closer to the model I asked for. Overall, I appreciate the team’s effort and professionalism, but I just wish the final look matched the inspiration more closely. Also forgot to mention that they charged me 3% for the card transaction since the service I did was less than 10k bhats and they did not tell me this before.

Amazing experience at this salon in Bangkok! ❤️ They gave me a really cool haircut exactly like the picture I showed them. Even though there was a language barrier, it wasn’t a problem at all - they understood perfectly what I wanted and did an amazing job. The service was super professional, the staff were so sweet and friendly, and the whole atmosphere was great. Thank you so much, I’m very happy with my haircut! ✨
