High end Thai Spa that’s so worth it! Got the Lady Package for 120mins Facial+Thai Aromatic Massage. The overall experience is stress-free from the warm welcome of the Receptionist and til the end. Must go!

The reception staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, taking the time to carefully understand each guest’s needs. That said, the pre-treatment reception period felt slightly rushed, leaving limited time to fully enjoy the welcome drink, which was a bit unfortunate. I booked the Loft Thai Signature Spa, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Although the therapist appeared petite, her technique was both strong and precise, without any compromise in pressure. The entire treatment was deeply relaxing and well-executed. They also offer a VIP membership program. By depositing 10,000 THB, you receive an additional 2,000 THB in value. For those who plan to visit regularly, this represents excellent value. As the promotion period is unclear, it’s advisable to confirm the details directly with the staff.

Amazing customer service, skilled therapists, great products used, can speak English, very welcoming and modern place, very easy to book and confirm availability. It’s a bit pricer than other places around which is reflected in the quality of service you receive. I recommend visiting this place at least once during your stay in Bangkok.

I had an incredible experience at Loft Thai Spa—easily the best massage I’ve had not just in Bangkok, but in all of Thailand. This time I tried the Tok Sen massage, and it was truly next level. You can feel how deeply it works into your body—almost like it’s opening up energy pathways and releasing tension in a completely different way than a traditional massage. It felt both therapeutic and energizing at the same time. The last time I was in Bangkok, I came here for a traditional Thai massage, and it left a lasting impression on me. That’s actually why I came back—and they somehow exceeded my expectations again. The staff are incredibly skilled, professional, and attentive. You can tell they really care about the experience and your well-being. I’m genuinely grateful I found this place. If you’re in Bangkok and looking for the absolute best massage experience, this is it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wonderful experience. Booked at the last minute and they suggested Sukhumvit 24 outlet since others were fully booked. Couldn’t find the exact location on Grab as the outlet is newly opened but they mentioned it was near the Phrom Phong BTS. I tried their 2 hr Aromatherapy Massage while my bestie did the 1 hr Aromatherapy + 1 hr facial. We both loved it. The end of the session was unexpected where we were served not only tea, but some Thai desserts which were so good. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
