I recently visited Gentle Hair Spa with premium service , but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the "premium" branding or the price point. There are several areas that need improvement: 1. Reception & Atmosphere It lacked the relaxing, serene atmosphere you would expect. Instead of feeling pampered from the moment I walked in, I felt the environment was quite "stiff" and not at all premium. 2. The Wash The actual service was quite disappointing. During the hair wash, the staff was not gentle. I frequently had water splashing onto my face, which is quite bothersome when you are trying to relax. The movements were rough rather than soothing, making the "spa" element feel more like a rushed chore than a premium treatment. 3. The partition: instead of having the room, they use curtain to separate between each customers. It may be good for tourist but for local people it is not that premium.

Had a really enjoyable experience at Gentle Head Spa by Treasure… managed to walk in on a Friday night without any issues, which was a great start. I went for the one hour Forest something session, and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. The head spa itself was the highlight, gentle water flowing and trickling over your scalp while they thoroughly cleanse your hair with what felt like multiple rounds of shampoo. The head massage was excellent, and I appreciated that they also included a proper shoulder massage. The setup is very comfortable with curtains partitioning each customer, the chair, the ambiance, everything just helps you unwind. After the treatment, they dry your hair and even include a short hand and shoulder massage, which was a nice touch. To top it off, you’re served some mango and a drink, which made the whole experience feel a bit more premium. If I had one small gripe, it would be that after blow drying, they don’t really style your hair back to how it was before. So you might walk out looking a bit more “freshly dried” than polished. Overall, though, it’s a great, relaxing experience and definitely worth trying if you’re in Bangkok.

I had a wonderful experience at Gentle Heas Spa. The staff were friendly and explained each step of the treatment clearly. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The hair spa left my scalp refreshed and my hair noticeably softer and shinier. Prices were reasonable for the quality of service. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a rejuvenating hair treatment.

Did the hair spa , 1.5hr. Super shiok. Hair became very soft and clean scalp. Appointment is easily booked via whatapps. Served nice mango after the treatment too.

Got to experience the Forest Calm (60 min) head spa and it was very good. The staff were professional and the spa itself was really relaxing. I booked the spa for 8:30pm after a long day and it knocked me out. Loved it, i would do this again
