This was my first time doing hot and cold therapy together. I was so nervous to get into the ice bath at first but you can do the 10 degree cold bath prior and work your way up to the ice. Joe was very informative and guided me well throughout the process. I feel super energised. I would highly recommend this place. Great pricing, facilities and staff.

Had a wonderful experience! The staff is knowledgeable and guide you properly through the entire process. Taking an appointment, reaching the place was very easy and convenient. I tried out the ice bath and sauna as suggested by the staff. Pam and Joe attended to me in my session and even kept encouraging me. For anytime who wants to try out a relaxing, energising ice bath; look to further! A must visit and a must do, during your visit to BKK!

It was my first time doing ice bath here. The overall experience was so fun and new!! The facility was super clean and interior was cozy. It’s quite private as well. Will definitely visit again soon!

I had a great experience at Fit and Fast. I tried both the oxygen chamber therapy and red light therapy, and the staff were genuinely knowledgeable and made everything feel smooth and professional. The space itself is beautifully designed—calm, quiet, and easy to get to. It’s a fantastic setup for anyone serious about recovery, whether you’re an athlete or just focused on optimising your health. Highly recommended.

The place is nice and well maintained; however, I prefer to ice plunge under the sky, surrounded by Nature💜 It would be great if they have a space where people can comfortably do breathing exercises as it is essential.. especially before the ice plunge. I like that they have private options but I didn't like the extra payment for it! 🫠
