It was my first time at Longevity Hub, and I tried the Sleep Deeper, Wake Refreshed program. The experience was amazing. I felt truly relaxed and energized afterwards. Special thanks to Khun A for the great consultation and guidance. The service was excellent, and everyone was very helpful throughout my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited last Saturday for a facial lymphatic drainage massage and a longevity index assessment. I also tried cryotherapy for the first time and loved it. This was my second visit, and I always end up falling asleep during treatments😆 The staff are all so kind. Can’t wait to come back again!😚💕

My bf and I loved our experience with this spa during our stay at the St. Regis. The hot tub, cold plunge, and steam room were magical after a long day traveling the city. I also received a cryotherapy treatment for the first time, and Momo was excellent at explaining everything to me to calm my nerves. The facilities are incredibly clean and exude luxurious relaxation. I loved the rain showers as well. Highly rec for a nice spa day!

The hydrotherapy treatments are both invigorating and calming, and the staff are highly professional, attentive, and welcoming. The attention to detail, including the premium products and elegant setting, is unmatched. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and recharge in a sophisticated and tranquil environment. Professional massage. Staff are so friendly and well-trained. Totally love the architect design here. Highlight of the place is spa which there are two big bath tub one side is ice bath another is hot jacuzzi. And in the back, there is a sauna room that also well-decorated with marble. I had Deep tissue massage course which I personally like strong massage. K.Nong- a masseuse is talent and kind. She hit every single point where my muscles are tense and stiff from working and workout. My back shoulders never felt relief this much before. Totally high recommend the place
