The employee today, wearing a yellow shirt, had terrible manners. She spoke rudely to customers and even insulted them. When a customer said they didn't want the service anymore, and the customer wanted a foot massage, she told them to pull up their pants. After the customer did, she said, "Is that all you want? Pull them up to your knees!" She spoke as if the massage was free. The customer then asked to change masseuses, but she said there weren't any available and the customer had to endure the massage. The customer left immediately. It was awful. If this continues, the place is going to go bankrupt.

The first time was okay; the massage was strong but good, and the masseuse was attentive. The second time, I got a different masseuse who seemed rushed and gave a sloppy massage. She pressed on muscles and bones sometimes, and didn't hit the right pressure points. Overall, it wasn't good. The shop had a "buy 10 massages, get 1 free" promotion, which was hidden away. When I mentioned that I didn't know about it the previous time, the staff responded something like, "Why didn't you ask? And should I inform you on the day I come for a massage?" Okay, I guess I won't get a massage then. Goodbye. There are plenty of other shops that take their work seriously.

Poor service. I was calling to make an appointment but the girl who answered the phone said we do not accept it. Only walk in. Omg!!!!
