Used to be good, not any more. Hard to reach, double bookings. Hard push sales. Owner has an attitute!

Too terrible massage and service im really not satisfy therapist no more experience about body scrubb massage they always take hard take stress massage i told them many times i love smooth , hard sales and not clear promotion not understand in english much The important things they cancel my booking when i can't go i never met this before , many people complain their service alot when i have there , they block line customers, don't pick up phone call hard to contact l This spa looks old they told just renovate OMG! i found broken on the floor

🗓️ April 25, 2025 💆 Gua Sha Facial Massage - Promotional Price: 30 minutes for 399 THB 📍Located on the ground floor of the Interchange Building. Take the BTS to Asok station, walk along the skywalk, turn left into the connecting walkway. After entering, turn right and keep walking. You'll see a red Personal Consultant recruitment agency. Walk through the small passageway on the left, go down the escalator, and you'll see the shop. It was a bit difficult to find when I arrived; I had to call staff for directions. It would be good if directions were provided in advance. ••• The shop is beautifully decorated in a very feminine, vintage style. Light tea was served while waiting. After a short wait, I was taken to the massage room. ••• The massage itself wasn't impressive. The pressure points weren't reached, and it wasn't very relaxing. The Gua Sha massage seemed to be done twice, using only the jade plate and hands; no other equipment was used. The air conditioning in the massage room wasn't cool enough. Towards the end, the therapist massaged my head, shoulders, and neck a little. I felt the head massage was better than the facial massage. When I got up from the massage table, I checked the time; it was exactly half an hour. I recommend choosing a massage course that lasts about an hour, because even the face-washing step can take several minutes. ••• Before leaving, they served another glass of water and tried to sell me another course, but I didn't buy any.

This is a lovely shop, a new branch (the first branch is in Ekkamai, at the Bangkok Mediplex building). The shop is decorated adorably with a princess theme, very sweet, and smells amazing throughout. I purchased a package including a body scrub, aromatherapy massage, and head massage. The staff will let you choose which scent to use for the scrub and aromatherapy oil. The shop is clean, and the massage therapists are attentive and provide excellent service. They constantly ask if you're okay, if you're feeling better, etc. I've only tried 3 services so far and haven't tried others yet. I'll definitely go back again. I was impressed with everything!
