I really enjoyed this onsen—it’s such a relaxing place to unwind. I love how spacious it is, with everything conveniently located on the same floor. The high ceilings in the onsen area make it feel even more open and comfortable. My favorite part is the garden area with the outdoor teak onsen. It made me feel especially refreshed and relaxed compared with other onsens I’ve visited. One thing I was wondering about, though, is that I couldn’t find a sauna room in the onsen area. The rest area can get a little crowded in the evening, but the beds are very comfortable, so it’s still a great place to rest. The restaurant also serves good-quality, healthy meals, and the matcha soft serve is definitely worth trying! Parking is convenient, it’s free for the first 2 hours and 20bath/hr afterwards Overall, a wonderful place for a relaxing onsen experience. ♨️🌿

Yunomori Spa in Bangkok is more of a full spa experience, not just a massage. It’s set up like a Japanese onsen, and the onsen itself is amazing. There are a few different pools, hot, cold, and different temperatures, so you can move between them and actually feel your body relax. The massages are really good too. I like to do onsen then my massage. The whole place is clean, organized, and runs smoothly. Just know,they do give you disposable net underwear to wear in the onsen area, which makes it more comfortable if you’re not used to it. Quick etiquette so you’re not caught off guard: Shower before you go in, keep your voice down, and don’t bring your towel into the water. If you want more than just a quick massage and actually want to relax for a few hours, this is worth it.

Stressful experience. I had the onsen from 10:30 - 11:15, but from 10:50-11:15 I was looking for my towel because I didn’t have one. Then a staff member came and took my towel away for absolutely no reason, despite the fact I was practically alone in the onsen I panicked because I had a massage booked for 11:30, so I left the onsen early and spent almost 30 minutes standing wet and naked trying to figure out what to do. I called reception and they didn’t answer. I reached out on social media where they read my messages and ignored me. I couldn’t leave the onsen and walk to reception because my clothes were inside my locker and the key for locker 28 wasn’t working properly! And anyway, I was soaking wet I also didn’t receive a small towel. I have been to hundreds of onsens across Japan and they always give a small towel to take inside the onsen. But here at Yunomori they don’t provide… bizarre They also don’t have hats or seating mats for the sauna and steam room which is shocking I left the onsen completely stressed and upset - having wasted so much money to stand around cold, wet and naked trying to find a towel… and then I had a massage booked (which is why I had to rush in the onsen and why the time lost was so upsetting) Also, the clocks inside the onsen are ahead of time by almost 10 minutes, perhaps to make you rush. A staff member came and told me I had to leave the onsen at 11:15 but on my phone the actual time was 11:07. The staff seemed annoyed with me that I was late, and the massage was a little rough. I was also a little dehydrated because there was no drink offered after the onsen. Later, the masseuse burned me a few times with the hot compress. I tried explaining the situation to staff at reception after but she said I was lying and just said “you should speak to onsen staff, not us” They didn’t offer a single apology about the towel problem. The restaurant next door Happy Rice is also quite bad with cold microwaved food and full of mosquitoes There were no staff members inside the onsen for over 45 minutes which is unprofessional. They should provide additional towels for guests just in case, or have a call button for people to use in case they need a staff member. Also, my partner and I left the spa with really bad migraines and we’re not sure why We left stressed and upset, and now I need a nap to calm down. It’s so sad to leave one star for an onsen - something that should be so wonderful and relaxing I really hope they read this review and share it with staff and management. I hope they improve and I can come back and enjoy it

I had a great experience at this Japanese suit shop. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. The suit fit perfectly and the quality was excellent. They paid attention to every detail and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I am very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a high-quality suit. Thank you for the wonderful experience! ★★★★★

I had such an amazing 2 hours at Yunomori! I took a Bolt bike to here from Emquartier and only took less than 10 minutes. I only got the onsen day pass for 650 baht and I had one of the most refreshing baths this year!
