From the moment I arrived, the reception team stood out with their warm, welcoming demeanor. Their level of attentiveness and hospitality surpassed that of any other branch I’ve visited, creating an immediate sense of comfort and care. The massage itself was equally impressive. The therapist demonstrated remarkable skill, applying precise pressure and intuitively targeting the right spots delivering a deeply satisfying and effective treatment. Overall, this was a truly memorable experience. From service to technique, every detail was thoughtfully executed, leaving a lasting impression of quality and professionalism

I really enjoyed my visit to this branch. The environment was quiet and calming, perfect for switching off after a long day. The service was smooth from start to finish, and the staff made me feel well taken care of my treatment was both relaxing and effective, especially for relieving muscle tension. I’d say it’s a reliable place for a good spa experience in Bangkok.

I recently had the chance to visit this place, and it turned out to be one of the most satisfying spa experiences I’ve had in Bangkok. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere immediately felt calm and welcoming. The space is beautifully designed, clean, elegant, and softly lit, with a subtle aroma that helps you unwind almost instantly. Despite being located in a busy part of the city, it feels very private and peaceful inside. The staff were professional and attentive without being overbearing. Check-in was smooth, and they took the time to explain the treatments clearly and make sure I was comfortable. Small touches like the herbal drink before the session and the cool towel really added to the overall experience. I went for a Thai massage, and the therapist was excellent skilled, intuitive, and able to adjust the pressure perfectly based on what I needed. It felt both relaxing and therapeutic, especially for relieving tension after a long day. You can tell they are well trained and experienced. The treatment rooms were spotless and well maintained, with comfortable beds and just the right ambiance to help you fully relax. I also appreciated how quiet everything was, no loud noises or disruptions, which made it easy to disconnect and recharge. After the session, they served tea and mango sticky rice, which was a nice way to ease back into reality. It didn’t feel rushed at all, and I liked that I could take a few extra minutes to sit and relax before leaving. Overall, I’d highly recommend this branch of Let’s Relax Spa if you’re looking for a high quality massage experience in Bangkok. It strikes a great balance between professionalism, comfort, and value for money. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Very disappointed with this salon. I visited twice in April for a one-hour oil massage and did not enjoy it at all. The room was too cold (around 23°C), which made the whole experience uncomfortable. The actual massage lasts about 50 minutes, and the remaining time is spent wiping off the oil with towels that quickly become cold, making you feel even colder. Also, it is very unpleasant that immediately after the massage they bring a tablet and ask you to leave a review. At that moment you just want to relax and enjoy the after-feeling. If you want reviews, it would be more appropriate to ask during tea time, not right after the session. Overall, the atmosphere is not welcoming, and the therapists seem unfriendly. I will not return and do not recommend this place.

Not bad - this branch is located within a hotel that is walking distance to our dinner place Khao and that’s why we decided for this location. We have always been a fan of Let’s Relax and this time we did a 120mins Thai massage with hot herbal press - we don’t particularly love it, but it’s still good, but probably will go back for a warm oil massage next time!
