Let’s Relax Onsen and Spa (Thonglor)

🌿 Let’s Relax Thonglor Onsen – A Daily Sanctuary of Peace in the Heart of Bangkok As an avid onsen enthusiast, my husband surprised me with a Toshi Pass—a 1-year membership that grants daily access (1 entry per day) to this premium Japanese-style onsen, along with a 20% discount on all massage services. Your guest will get a discount for a daily pass if they come with you. For someone who enjoys the mental and physical reset of a daily soak, the value has been exceptional. Though the pass was originally purchased at the Lumphini branch, I now exclusively visit the Thonglor location—and it’s not just because of convenience. The magic of this branch lies in the presence of the incredible Boss Lady Kuhn Nui, whose warm, heartfelt welcome to every guest sets the tone for the entire experience. Her consistent 5-star hospitality and leadership radiate through the entire team, and it’s clear that staff pride themselves on upholding these high standards. 🛎️ Staff & Service: Subtle Excellence Everywhere After visiting nearly every day, I’ve come to know who truly shines: • Ball at the front desk is wonderfully attentive, always making sure my bookings and VIP discounts are handled smoothly and correctly. • Every staff member—whether they manage your shoes, offer you towels, serve your meals at the cafe or clean the change rooms—works with quiet integrity and visible pride. Their attention to detail contributes to the peace of the whole space. • While there are occasional staff at reception who seem oddly quick to say “sorry, fully booked” with inappropriate glee, the higher-performing team members stand out even more by their willingness to help and accommodate returning members with grace and effort. 💧 The Onsen Experience: Zen Meets Luxury Nestled on the 5th floor of the 5-star Grande Centre Point Hotel Thonglor, this onsen is an elegant fusion of Japanese zen and Roman-bath peace; immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed. Upon check-in, you’re given a numbered locker key, kimono-style top and pants, and a small bag with large and small towels. You’re then guided to swap your shoes for slippers, setting the tone for an unhurried ritual of release. Facilities include: • 🌿 Outdoor Area: Beautiful massage jet pools (both standing and seated), with fresh air and light • 🛁 Indoor Baths: A creamy “milk bath,” a steaming hot bath, and a cold plunge • 🌫️ Steam Room & Sauna: Perfect for rotation rituals to deeply detox and recharge • ❄️ Heated + Cold Rooms: Sweat it out on warm floors, then cool down next door • 🍹 Complimentary refreshment stations: Pandan water, lemon water, and coconut crisps await post-soak Men’s and women’s onsen areas are completely separate, maintaining comfort and cultural respect. 🍵 Massages, Meals & Mango Sticky Rice The onsen’s full kitchen offers a range of quality meals: fresh juices, ramen, sandwiches, cakes, teas, and excellent coffee. One unexpected delight: a complimentary serving of mango sticky rice is included when you book full-body or 1-hour massages. On one of my visits, I booked three massages throughout the day—yes, I enjoyed three servings of mango sticky rice. No complaints. 🧘‍♀️ Work, Rest or Recalibrate This onsen isn’t just for soaking—it’s a calm sanctuary where you can bring your laptop and work peacefully or relax in dedicated quiet rooms: • Tatami mat areas with low lounge beds for a nap or soft reading time • Heated floor zones to deeply relax or sweat gently in stillness It’s perfect for a full-day wellness reset. Highly recommend.
