I visited with my mother and sister, and the three of us booked 2-hour Thai massages. My mother’s therapist was perfectly fine, but unfortunately, both the therapist who treated me and the therapist who treated my sister seemed to fall asleep during the massage. At several points, they completely stopped massaging, their hands went limp, and they just stayed still for a while. This happened more than once, so it was very obvious and extremely uncomfortable. What made the experience even more disappointing was how it was handled afterward. My sister’s therapist was still there but simply stood around as if nothing had happened, without saying anything or apologizing. My therapist quickly left as soon as the massage was over. I wanted to speak to her and see her face afterward, but she disappeared so quickly that I didn’t get the chance. Even while we were complaining at the reception, she never came back. Only one staff member at the reception apologized to us. To be clear, I wasn’t asking for any compensation. I was upset about the experience itself and the way it was handled afterward. We paid for 2-hour massages and expected to actually receive 2 hours of massage. I came here to get a massage, not to give the therapists a place to sleep. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

At a tour the day prior of coming here, my tour guide recommended this place to get an authentic Thai massage at a great price. So I thought, I give it a try. When trying to book online, I could only book for the next day so I thought I will just stop by in person and see if I can get a foot massage right then. I am glad I went! Here is what I loved: *my massage therapist Ploy!!!! She was absolutely AMAZING! *the treatment itself (foot massage) was fabulous, Ploy knew exactly what she was doing, how much pressure she had to put. *the warm and inviting ambience and friendly and accommodating staff *the smell!!! (so so good and relaxing) Here is the ONE thing I would want to have changed: -the overshadowing sound of the AC in the massage room (which is otherwise perfect, dimmed light and equipped with very comfortable reclinable chairs). One might argue that it is white noise but I prefer the sound of relaxing spa music, which was playing but I could only focus on the sound of the AC… All in all, I will absolutely come back for more. This is a great destination to get a spa treatment!

This is grown into one of my favourite spa and massage place in Bangkok. Always good and refresh after the session and service was great!

Nice atmosphere. Fast reception service. Very good Thai massage and reasonable price for two hours. Recommended!
