I had a wonderful experience at this massage shop. The place was clean, had a relaxing atmosphere, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were kind, professional, and provided excellent service. After the massage, my legs and shoulders felt much lighter, and my whole body felt refreshed. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in the area. Thank you very much!

Following the great reviews I came to the massage shop for a 1,5 hour foot / neck / shoulder massage. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the place. It was actually the worst massage I ever got and I contemplated leaving during massage to avoid wasting my time. The masseuse was not skilled at all. Probably there are better therapists at the shop, but mine definitely needs training, she was also very young. Please train staff before you let them take care of customers. I was also cold throughout the massage. So, not happy at all. 🥶

Happiness in soi 21 is one of my fav massage spots. All the masseuse are very good. Today I did a 2 hour aroma + hot herbal ball as I was jetlagged and very tired. Kh Toi was just excellent. Great price, very clean, talented staff...highly recommend them

Fantastic oil massage by Pat. Even though she looked small she had a lot of power and good technique. Both calm and relaxing but at times also deep tissue massage. Next time I will go for 90 minutes.

I received a 60-minute Thai massage for two people. After the massage, we were seated and served tea. I checked the receipt, which clearly stated 700 THB. I handed that receipt along with my credit card to a female staff member. After she processed the payment, I reviewed the final transaction slip and found that 721 THB had been charged. When I asked for a breakdown of the additional charge, I was told it was a credit card processing fee. However, there had been absolutely no prior notice of this fee. Only after I questioned the difference did the staff member show a fee notice that had been placed out of customers’ sight. Presenting such information only after the payment has been completed is highly inappropriate. In Thailand, credit card merchants are generally prohibited under card network regulations from passing processing fees on to customers. From that perspective as well, I do not believe this handling was appropriate. This is not about the small amount of money. It is about pricing transparency and fair billing practices. I will not return. There are other Thai massage shops of similar quality next door and across the street, and I would recommend those instead.
