  From the moment I walked in, the soothing aroma immediately melted away my stress. The treatment room was exceptionally peaceful, and the staff provided attentive, top-notch care throughout my visit. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. The complimentary mango sticky rice at the end was absolutely delicious

  Every time I go back to China, I will arrange a SPA for myself, because this time is a bit rushed, I directly made an appointment for the SPA in the hotel, but it seems to be external to the outside world. It is open, you need to make an appointment in advance, the environment is very good, very quiet, there are no other guests when we go, it is rare to be so quiet in the center of Bangkok The project we chose this time is Riam Relaxing Massage, the price is a little expensive is really expensive, but the experience is also super good! After entering the door of the room, there is a super large bathtub 🛁, it shocked me, I feel that this room is better than the hotel room hahaha I chose herbal essential oil, smell good, I still miss the smell after returning to China 😭, can you tell me where I can buy it? It feels like every part of the whole body is relaxed by them, and it is so comfortable to slowly rub the essential oil into the skin. I would like to praise their service again, from the moment you enter the door, you almost don't have to do it yourself. From changing shoes and shoes to starting massage, I feel like a baby 👶

  I visited Bulann Moonlight Spa and had a generally average experience that did not fully meet my expectations. My therapists for the session were K’Karn and K’Aey. The visit began positively with a welcome drink of lime water and a cold towel, which was refreshing. Before the treatment started, they asked about my preferences and conducted a short consultation on areas I wanted to focus on, which I appreciated. I was informed that there were three aromatherapy oil options available, although only two were actually offered for selection. I chose the Floral Light scent. The session continued with a foot wash, followed by changing into spa attire, and everything at this stage went smoothly. During the massage itself, the experience was fairly average, with nothing particularly standing out. The room temperature was comfortable and the background music was relaxing. However, the therapists did not ask about room temperature, music volume, or comfort level at the beginning of the session, which is something I normally expect from spas at this level. The treatment room was spacious and well designed, contributing visually to a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the room used a wooden slatted door rather than a fully enclosed door. This significantly affected the experience, as noise from people walking by and sounds of typing from outside were clearly audible throughout the session. The massage technique was inconsistent. Some pressure points were handled well, while others were missed, and the overall pressure was quite light. This may suit guests who prefer gentle pressure, but those expecting deeper or more targeted massage work may find it underwhelming. At the end of the session, my feet were wiped with a hot towel to prevent slipping, which was a thoughtful touch. However, no hot bag or warm compress was provided. The session concluded with tea and fruit, which was pleasant but did not significantly elevate the overall experience. Overall, while the spa has a good setup and a positive start, issues such as poor sound insulation, limited communication during the session, and an average massage left me feeling dissatisfied. With better attention to these details, the experience could be improved considerably.

  I had a great experience at Bulann Moonlight Spa. I booked the Signature Package and really enjoyed every part of it. The hot bath at the start was the perfect temperature and smelled amazing. My favorite part was probably the body scrub. It left my skin feeling really smooth. I personally would have liked it to be a little firmer, but that’s just my own preference and I’m sure I could have asked. The massage was excellent and so relaxing that the time flew by. Finishing everything off with mango sticky rice was a lovely surprise. A big thank you to Kung, Aey, and Ploy for being so kind and professional throughout the whole experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this spa.

  Beautiful spa with elegant décor, a lovely atmosphere, and a wonderful scent throughout. Everything was clean and relaxing. The staff were very attentive and caring, and the massage was incredibly relaxing. I really enjoyed the experience
