They rushed the hair wash, didn't blow-dry it properly, used the hottest setting, and then combed it very roughly. They also washed it very vigorously. In short, my hair is shapeless, damp, and my scalp stings. Not only did I waste my money, but I also feel disappointed. I've been here twice before, and both times were good. This time, it seemed like the shop was closed. I called to ask, and they came down to open it for me, but then they rushed as if they didn't want to serve me. If they weren't going to take customers, they should have said so when I called, instead of coming down to greet me and rushing like that. I came because of the good reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed. Anyone thinking of coming, please don't. This will be my last time. I wanted to give 0 stars, but there's no option for that.

The shop is clean, the head massage was incredibly relaxing, the curls were beautiful and firm, exactly what I wanted. The stylist was lovely and took good care of the customers.

The scent was lovely as soon as I opened the door. The shop is clean, and the stylist is incredibly nice, easy to talk to, polite, and gives great advice without trying to upsell anything. I came for a hair straightening treatment and eventually decided to get a full hair straightening treatment (with P'Porn). P'Wan, the owner, is also very kind, friendly, and approachable. Highly recommend! 🥰

The salon is nicely decorated and very clean. The hair wash was excellent; my scalp felt so comfortable afterwards! 👍

The hair wash was great, the haircut was exactly as requested, they gave good advice, and the staff were polite. I liked going there.
