I’ve visited a few branches of this spa now, and it’s consistently good across the board.
Everything is well organised with a uniform, professional setup, and the standard of service never really drops. The massages are always excellent.
I went for a 45-minute foot massage this time and asked for firm pressure, which was delivered perfectly. My feet felt noticeably lighter afterwards.
The place is also very clean, which adds to the overall experience.
I’ve never been disappointed and would happily return again.

This is a simple, stylish, and conveniently located spa in the heart of downtown Bangkok. We decided to enjoy a relaxing foot massage here while waiting for our next appointment, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.
Fortunately, we were able to make a reservation by phone. The spa is located on the sixth floor of Terminal 21 Asok, making it easily accessible by both the BTS Skytrain and the MRT.
The décor is modern, clean, and minimalist, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are well maintained, and restrooms are conveniently available inside the spa.
Upon arrival, we checked in at the reception, selected our treatment, and completed the payment. The staff warmly welcomed us with a refreshing cold towel and a sweet cold drink. We were then given a mini iPad to personalize our massage experience by indicating which areas we would like the therapist to focus on or avoid—a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated.
Next, we changed into comfortable slippers before being escorted to a private area where our feet were gently washed.
Afterward, we were taken to a spacious treatment room with large, comfortable reclining chairs.
The foot massage itself was excellent. The therapists were skilled and professional, and the treatment left us feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
After completing our foot massage, they gave us a plate of mango sticky rice with a warm drink. This is nice.
It was a peaceful and enjoyable experience from beginning to end.
We think this place is a pleasant spa for anyone looking for a quality massage in a convenient downtown location. With its attentive service, comfortable facilities, and relaxing atmosphere, it is a place we would happily return to.

I loved the massage and the vibe here. The employees are very kind, the location is well cured with soft lights and music. Also the scents are pleasant. I asked for an harder massage and they offered to change my masseuse with a stronger one. The massage was amazing, found it professional and very relaxing. They offered us mango sticky rice at the end. I recommend it!!

The therapist arent professional and were quite weak during the whole massage. After completion of a 120mins massage is like nothing happened. Therapists not so attentive. Nice environment but the massage was not worth it. Many more better choice around in Bangkok. Probably would not come again.

This was my first experience with Let’s Relax Spa, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with this particular branch. I have visited other branches before and had a much better experience.
The staff at the reception had very limited experience and were speaking to each other in Thai while assisting customers, which did not feel very professional. The massage itself was also not as good as what I have experienced at other branches.
Overall, I would recommend Let’s Relax Spa, but I would not recommend this particular branch.
