  Had a good massage experience here. The therapists were professional, and the treatment was relaxing. It’s especially convenient for hotel guests, making it easy to unwind without having to travel elsewhere. Would recommend it if you’re staying at the hotel.

  Lovely outlet. A little hard to find the entrance of novotel unless you stay there. Entrance to hotel is outside of starbucks at platinum zone 3. Rake lift up to lobby level 6 and change to level 9. I had foot massage. They have double volume ceiling and have good view while doing massage.

  If you want to leave a massage with a trip to the ER, this is the place. I came here for a Thai massage on June 21 at around 6 PM, and it was honestly the worst massage I've ever had. Before the massage even started, I clearly marked on the iPad that my neck was NOT to be touched. Somehow the therapist either didn't read it or completely ignored it. She kept squeezing my neck really hard throughout the massage and even forcefully slapped/patted it at the end. She also kept randomly laughing during the massage, which made the whole experience feel really uncomfortable and unprofessional. As soon as the massage was over, I started feeling nauseous, had a headache, and my neck was hurting. I even told the front desk before I left that I felt like I was going to throw up. About 20 minutes later, everything got much worse. I felt dizzy, couldn't walk properly, and even had trouble speaking, so I ended up going straight to the emergency room. I'm still dealing with neck pain, nausea, and back pain. My neck is still hurting, and this whole experience has affected me far beyond just a "bad massage." What makes this even more frustrating is that I actually tried to sort this out with the business first. I called them, and they told me to send an email. I did exactly that—not just once, but multiple times—and nobody ever replied. Being completely ignored after ending up in the ER is honestly unacceptable. I'm only leaving this review because they chose not to respond. If you have any injuries or specific areas you need them to avoid, I would think twice before coming here.

  We booked a 45 minutes of foot reflexology followed by a 2-hour Thai massage. While we were hoping for a deeper, more intense foot massage, it didn’t quite meet that expectation. That said, the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Both therapists were highly skilled and clearly masters of their craft.

  Great experience here, the masseuse was very professional and skilled, and the ambience was perfect. Would recommend the aromatherapy oil massage. The room was really big, and the shower area has all the toiletries needed. They even have a safe in the room for you to store your valuables. After the massage, they serve a cup of hot tea with a plate of mango and sticky rice. The mini pipette of coconut milk stuck into the sticky rice is really cute and a good idea. Will definitely return for the great premium experience even with the higher price paid!
