The worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I’m from Dubai and I’ve had massages in luxury spas, hotel spas, and even the cheapest massage places, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. This is honestly the first time in my life that I’ve spent an entire hour in pain during a massage. My friend and I booked a back, shoulder, and head massage expecting a relaxing treatment. Instead, it was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had. Firstly, the massage was done without any oil, which was never mentioned to us beforehand. Had I known that, I would never have booked it. Secondly, both therapists working on me and my friend spent almost the entire hour using only their elbows with very heavy pressure. There was barely any actual massage technique involved. It felt like they were digging their elbows into our muscles for a full hour. I spent the entire session in pain. I repeatedly asked for the pressure to be softer and kept saying “softer, please,” but nothing changed. At one point I was practically yelling because of how painful it was, yet they continued with the same amount of pressure. My friend had the exact same experience. What shocked me even more was the complete lack of customer care afterwards. When I reported everything to the receptionist, all she could say was “okay.” There was no apology, no concern, no explanation, and no attempt whatsoever to resolve the situation or make it right. It honestly felt like they simply didn’t care because they had already been paid. Once they got the money, the customer experience no longer mattered. Even writing a Google review probably won’t affect them, but I hope other people see this before spending their money here. A luxury spa should know how to provide a proper massage, listen when customers are in pain, and at the very least apologize when a complaint is raised. Unfortunately, this place failed on every level. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and more sore than when I arrived. I would not return and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing massage.

I am a regular customer at Hyat and CentralWorld in Bangkok, and I also visit your Phuket branch about twice a month, so I am very familiar with the level of service and quality you normally provide. Today, I visited the MBK branch for a reflexology massage as I couldn’t find an appointment at my usual location. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. • The towel and bed sheet were not properly clean and had a strong oil smell. • Everything felt greasy and unhygienic, which made me uncomfortable from the beginning. • The therapist seemed new or untrained and did not provide a proper massage. • The entire session felt like one hour of simply rubbing oil onto my body, with no real pressure points or massage technique. I honestly do not recommend the MBK branch at all. This was my first and last visit to this location.

The experience is very peaceful and relaxing here. You can choose your aroma oil or scrub perfume. The therapist was really skillful but next time I will request a less strong massage 😅

Awesome experience and service. We booked for Dr. Spill facial massage, Foot massage for the first time with them and we had very good and relaxing feeling after the massage. Being amazed with our first experience later we booked Aromatherapy and that was the best experience ever... the masseuse made me feel comfortable. The staff are polite and do their job very well. Thank you for the great service amd experience.

Incredible. You are treated like royalty upon entry into the establishment! The receptionists, especially Chompoo, was very friendly and professional! You are welcomed with smiles and excellent tea! The massage was the best i ever had in my life. I was snoring within the first 5 minutes! I will definitely come here again!
