Visited Let’s Relax Spa Central Park Mall on 28 May 2026 for a 2-hour massage session and left extremely disappointed. The biggest issue was that the actual effective massage time was significantly less than the 2 hours we paid for. Therapists started late, ended early (didn't compensate the late start), and there were repeated periods of what felt like stalling rather than proper massage (frequent walking in and out, time spent away, long stretches of minimal effort, and excessive time wiping off oil). One therapist also accidentally hit a painful spot with her elbow, causing discomfort instead of relaxation. The experience was further affected by hygiene and environment concerns. Our feet were not washed before treatment and it's gross and unsanitary for the masseur to just go ahead rubbing our unwashed feet and then bringing the same hands across our entire body. About halfway through, the in-room music stopped completely and loud noise from a nearby room became disruptive. When asked, we were simply told, “shop has closed,” despite our paid session still being in progress. The reception area was unattended (all staff has gone home) when we finished and we had to figure out how to leave the closing mall ourselves until the same therapist saw us and eventually showed us the exit. For a premium-priced spa, this experience fell far below expectations in professionalism, service quality, and value for money. I also emailed management regarding these concerns but they did not bother to response so far. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this spa to others. Bangkok has many massage establishments that charge less while providing a far more professional and customer-focused experience.
