I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough to warrant one. I visited for a 2-hour massage session and paid nearly ฿1,000, so naturally I expected not only quality service, but basic professionalism and hospitality. While I must admit the massage technique itself was excellent, that is unfortunately where the positives end. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s attitude was cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I was treated as though my presence was an inconvenience—as if I were asking for a favor rather than paying for a service. No paying customer should ever be made to feel that way. Even the masseuse, despite being highly skilled, lacked warmth and professionalism in her demeanor. What made the experience even more underwhelming was the complete absence of basic hospitality after the session—not even a warm drink was offered, which is a simple courtesy and standard practice at most respectable massage establishments. Skill alone is not enough. True luxury lies in service, attentiveness, and making customers feel valued. Unfortunately, this establishment failed in all of those aspects. I will not be returning.
