Been here for 3 years, never disappoint. Great hair cut and attentive service

This has been the most disappointing hair salon experience I’ve ever had. The hairdresser seemed very impatient, and the result diverged completely from what I asked for. Additionally, the hair dryer used was excessively hot and felt like it was burning my scalp. To make matters worse, another stylist noticed the result wasn’t satisfactory, and the first stylist asked him to redo the perm, which intensified the burning sensation. It’s now been five days, and my scalp is still itchy. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this salon, and I don’t plan to return.

This is by far the worst hair salon I’ve ever been to. The hairdresser was very impatient. I clearly showed him how I wanted my hair cut, but he just glanced once and started cutting. The result was completely different from what I asked for. On top of that, he used a hair dryer that was way too hot — it actually felt like my scalp was burning. The worst part was that when I went to pay, another hairdresser noticed my hair wasn’t even finished. Thankfully, she stepped in and completed it for me. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this salon. This was my first and definitely my last visit.

Such a disappointing experience. I said tip cut and curtain bangs and ended up getting layers cut and instead of 3cm it was 10cm. There's so much missing, I've never had an experience like this at a hairdressers! The hairdresser was also very rude and didn't apologise once. I had to interrupt her while she was cutting, I said stop several times because she had cut off far too much, but she just carried on. It was absolutely disrespectful to go beyond my limits like that. But I was mainly disappointed on a human level. Instead of apologising for it, she just explained why her work was good and justified herself to her colleague the whole time. It's not bad if you misunderstand something, we're all only human. But you can apologise for hurting someone. Ihre Kollegin beim Haarewaschen war übrigens sehr sanft und hat meine Haare wunderbar gepflegt. Dafür gebe ich einen Stern.

I’ve been coming to this place for a years now the results always make me feel amazing. The team at Cut together is so welcoming and positive,The service is always on point and the girls are so helpful and patient and take the time to talk you through so you get the result you want. it's always a pleasure to visit.
