  **Came back again in 2026 and they are still as good. Thank you! Attached the latest price list as of Feb 26 as well (last photo)** This was my second visit to Bai Po Massage and I’ve loved both experiences. The first time I had a full body massage, and this time I tried the foot massage, both were excellent! The masseurs apply just the right amount of pressure, making it very relaxing and comfortable. The shop is tucked away in an alley near Nana BTS station, which makes it convenient to get to. For now, there’s no need to make a reservation, which is a nice bonus. They accept card payment.

  Absolutely excellent experience at Bai Po Massage in Sukhumvit. I had a sore and slightly inflamed right knee from too much hiking and walking while travelling, and the staff were incredibly professional and attentive. I explained that I wanted medium pressure and asked them to avoid aggressive work on the knee itself. They understood perfectly and focused on the surrounding muscles instead — calves, quads and legs — which helped a lot with stiffness and mobility. The 60-minute foot reflexology treatment this morning was outstanding, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service felt genuinely caring rather than rushed. Everything was clean, professional and very reasonably priced at only 450 THB. I happily tipped extra because the treatment was that good. Highly recommended if you’re staying around Nana/Sukhumvit and want a proper, professional massage experience.

  Had one of the best most authentic Thai massage in all of Thailand. The staff are very competent, the place is clean and the massage is authentic. 60 minutes for 450 THB… well worth it.

  Mr Choon (I hope I spelled that right) was my masseuse today, and his hands were exceptionally strong. He was thorough and responsive any movement or sound I made during the massage. I think the pricing is very reasonable, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

  Tangmo is amazing! This is a quality shop that is clean, calm, well managed and offer variety of good massages. The chairs are comfortable, massage well done, even the basic one is thorough and includes feet and head/neck. It is a spa-like experience with soft music and quiet space. Tangmo has strong hands but is still gentle and understands needs well and did an amazing massage—highly recommend because of her and my overall experience!
