I genuinely cannot recommend Pim enough. 🥹🤎 I came in wanting a caramel/light brown color and a haircut, and I honestly did NOT expect to love my hair this much.
There was a bit of miscommunication during the coloring process, but Pim was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result. She actually redyed my entire hair a second time to make everything blend properly, even though it meant doing all that extra work. I really appreciate that she didn’t just leave it and tell me to accept it — she took the time to fix it and make sure I was satisfied. 🥹
And the haircut??? HELLO??? 😭😭 Pim absolutely killed it. I swear my whole face looks different. The haircut frames my face SO well and somehow makes my features look so much better. I’m genuinely in love with it. I keep looking at myself because I can’t believe how much of a difference the haircut made.
The final hair color also came out BEAUTIFUL. I was so nervous during the process, but I trusted Pim and I’m so glad I did because the final result is exactly the kind of warm brown I was hoping for. 🤎
Pim was patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about getting the result right. She put in so much effort, especially by doing my hair twice, and I’m seriously so grateful. God bless you Pim 😭🥹🤎

Not so great. They did not do a good job with my mom's hair and the lady who was blowing her hair did not know how to do curly hair.
