I got my hair cut for donation by stylist Rung yesterday. She was very attentive and meticulous during the cut, carefully layering the hair. The stylist who washed my hair was also excellent; she asked if I wanted her to scratch my head or if there were any specific areas she wanted her to scratch, and even gave me a light massage. Once the style was perfect, she gently blow-dried it. Overall, it was a great experience.

The staff provided excellent service; they were all very friendly and smiling. Today I got my hair done by stylist Meen, and she does a beautiful job. I've been here several times and I'm always satisfied. This will definitely be my go-to salon!

The male hairdresser, whose name I don't know, was terrible. He cut my hair unevenly. I showed him reference pictures 2-3 times, but he didn't seem to recognize the style. If he couldn't cut it, he should have said so. Instead, he blamed it on my hair color. He focused on chatting, not actually cutting. Growing my hair long isn't easy, and the reviews said it was a famous salon, but the haircut was worse than I imagined.

I got my hair bleached by stylist Rung. She was very meticulous, carefully fading the color gradually. It didn't sting at all during the bleaching process. She talked to me and gave me advice throughout. Her assistant, Yoko, was also very thorough and supported Rung well. The service at the salon was excellent, and the atmosphere was friendly. Manager Nut also checked in on me and offered complimentary water. It was a great service at a good price. I will definitely be back.

I've had my hair cut several times, and it's never been to my liking, but I've always accepted it. This time, however, it's just too much. A short haircut can't be fixed; it has to grow back. It's shorter than the reference image, doesn't match, and is uneven. It makes life so difficult. I asked repeatedly, 2-3 times, if it was even. The stylist said yes, so okay, it's even.
