I’ve been to this salon 3 or 4 times. Even with a booking, I always end up waiting for about an hour past my appointment time. Whenever I go, they always seem to serve other people first. Their booking system is a complete mess—you never know how many people are ahead of you, whether it's finally your turn, or if you've just been skipped. They only cut my hair at the very end when there are absolutely no other customers left to serve. Today, I went right when the shop opened. There were absolutely no other customers, and about 3 hairdressers were just sitting there. Yet, they refused to cut my hair, claiming they had bookings, and told me to come back in half an hour. The hairdressers often look free but seem reluctant to provide any service. I strongly suspect they discriminate against foreigners. Terrible customer service.

I recommend Phuri, very friendly and professional. The haircut turned out exactly like i wanted and it's only 250฿. I walked in without a booked appointment, the wait was just about half an hour. Would definitely visit again!

I had a fantastic experience here! The haircut turned out exactly how I wanted it. The shop is spotless, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the prices are very affordable. Highly recommended!

The hair stylists are very kind. They go beyond my expectations and know what they're doing. They have soft hands. I've already been here twice and will come back for another haircut soon. I recommend getting your hair cut here.

Best haircut I’ve got (and hair colour)! The service is superb. They are excellent in giving advice what hairstyle will suit you. They are very accommodating and genuinely kind. If ever you are in Bangkok, visit this salon and experience their great service. Highly recommended! 👍🏼👍🏼
