20251125 It had a "closed" sign for a while, but it's open now. ฿300/person, includes one simple dish such as gapao. It's about a 10-minute walk from MRT Bang Wa station. To enter the sauna, you pay at the adjacent massage parlor (with a tiered seating area). All-you-can-eat fruit. The regular sauna and mist sauna aren't as intense as some Thai local saunas. The water pool temperature is intense. ↓Probably 2022 (The building's original name is) a massage parlor, but the attached sauna... Here's some information: I had an ATK check at the entrance and paid 360B. They have a good selection of food and drinks; it's expensive, but I think it's good value for money. There's one dry sauna and one mist sauna, one heated pool, and two hot/cold pools (one is marked as women's only). The sauna is reliably hot, and the cold/cold pools are too hot to stay in for more than a minute. There's a sign that says, "There are women here, so please refrain from using offensive language" (translated from Thai using Google Translate). There's a women's toilet, but I couldn't find a women's changing room. When I asked the woman at the reception, she said, "Ladies welcome."

You can get a gym/sauna/cold plunge, snacks and 1 cooked meal for 300 baht. Amazing value for money.

This is a place where you can enjoy both a sauna and a massage. The price includes a meal, a drink, and fruit. You can choose your masseuse. There is a waiting area for the masseuses, so you can see them in person and choose yours. In short, it's a man's paradise!
