I was very impressed with all the stylists at the salon. They gave great advice, the atmosphere was lovely with soft music, and the hair washing, drying, and massage were wonderfully relaxing. 🥹🫶🏻💕

I went for a haircut. The bottom half of my hair was okay, but when I asked for bangs, I noticed I had some unruly side bangs. The stylist just grabbed my hair and cut those side bangs to match the bangs, making them much wider. She didn't ask beforehand if those were side bangs or anything; she just cut them without questioning. Before I knew it, my bangs looked completely different. If you don't want to take a gamble on your hairstyle, I recommend finding another salon.

Terrible experience. I called the salon at 12:30 PM to book a hair straightening appointment for 2 PM. I arrived before my appointment, but they made me wait until almost 3 PM, and in the end, there was no stylist available. What's the point of booking an appointment then? Completely unprofessional. They just want to take bookings. The stylists were passing the customers around. Excuse me, but I'm paying for this service, not asking for it for free.
