The wellness center is very spacious and beautifully maintained, so I was impressed from the moment I arrived. It is a complete wellness complex with outdoor tennis courts, Muay Thai, squash, a café, and massage services, making it a perfect place to recharge in Bangkok. I personally used the private sauna service inside the center, and the price was 1,400 THB for 2 people for 1 hour. The private room included both a sauna and a cold plunge pool, which made the experience quiet, relaxing, and very comfortable. The facilities were clean, and the overall atmosphere felt luxurious and peaceful. It is not just a place for sauna, but a space where you can truly relax both your body and mind. If you live in Bangkok, I highly recommend visiting at least once. It was a really great experience, and I strongly recommend it for anyone who needs a proper refresh.

Very nice private ice bath and sauna at Soi 24, located on the ground floor of Sterling Centre. It’s very convenient for relaxing your body after sports. They provide amenities, bathrobes, towels, and even some drinks in the room. I recommend asking for availability and booking in advance, then coming back at your scheduled time. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the place is clean. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. Highly recommended.

Newly opened and well equipped. The place feels minimally luxurious with a simple design and good vibes and clean. The staff are very kind and service-minded. I really liked the privacy. I could enjoy the hot and cold therapy on my own. The room has everything I need, such as a changing area, infrared sauna, shower, cold plunge, and a minibar. One hour here felt like a real recharge. Car parking is available in front of the building, which is very convenient.

Just had a private red light sauna + cold plunge session at Sun Daymood inside Sterling Wellness Fitness on Soi 24—and honestly… what an experience. 🌞❄️ Today I celebrated international women’s day in style by treating myself to this amazing experience - because life is all about experiences!! First off, the red light therapy booth is seriously impressive. It’s this sleek, high-tech setup with built-in Bluetooth, so you can connect your phone and listen to music or a podcast while you’re soaking up the light. I threw on a podcast, closed my eyes, and just let the warmth do its thing. It’s incredibly relaxing but also feels oddly futuristic—like stepping into a wellness time machine. 😎 From what I understand, red light therapy is popular because it may help support things like: • Skin health and collagen production ✨ • Muscle recovery after workouts 💪 • Reduced inflammation • Improved circulation and cellular energy Whether you’re coming from the gym downstairs or just want a wellness reset, it’s a great way to unwind. They’re located in the Sterling fitness and wellness Center at brand new facility right in the middle of Soi 24!! They have four rooms, as you can see the photos and you can do up to three people per room! So that’s a bonus you can actually get unplugged and have a great conversation and challenge each other in the cold 🥶 plunge!! 🦋 Then comes the part I both respect and fear… the cold plunge. 🥶 Let me be honest: my relationship with cold water is complicated. My brain said, “Absolutely not.” My body said, “We’re doing this anyway.” That first step in feels like every life decision you’ve ever made suddenly flashing before your eyes. But after about 20–30 seconds, something shifts. You breathe through it, your body adapts, and suddenly you feel this massive wave of energy and clarity. Cold plunging is known to help with things like: • Boosting circulation • Reducing muscle soreness • Supporting recovery and inflammation control • Triggering endorphins and alertness ⚡ And yes… once you get out you feel amazing. Like someone just hit the reset button on your nervous system. Before heading into the cold 🥶 plunge area, you rinse off under their beautiful sunflower shower, which honestly feels like a little spa moment of its own. 🌻🚿 Small detail, but it makes the whole experience feel polished and intentional. The ladies that work there are super cool and very interested in how especially with me if I did fully submerge and I told them the truth I went all the way almost up to my neck 😁😁😁♥️ and that was a huge thing for me and I’m proud of myself that I did it!! Overall, the setup is private, clean, high-tech, and really thoughtfully designed. You get the calm relaxation of red light therapy, the adrenaline kick of the cold plunge, and that post-session glow where your body just feels better. Would I willingly jump into freezing water every day? Let’s not get carried away. 😂 But will I do it again knowing how good it feels afterwards? Absolutely. If you’re into recovery, wellness, biohacking, or just trying something new, this spot is definitely worth checking out. 🙌 Follow Fauzia from more experiences in Bangkok especially with the wellness industry as this is the year for wellness and health and all things good! It was an incredible experience. The infrared saunas were fantastic and detoxifying and so was the cold plunge. The facilities were really clean. Such a beautiful addition to the Bangkok wellness space.
