The staff is terrible, the atmosphere is awful, it smells like a gang of drug addicts smoking kratom behind the shop, playing loud music and yelling, it's a hangout spot. I called to ask about the price and they quoted 1,500, but it ended up costing almost 3,000. May you prosper! Disgusting!

I saw it was a famous salon, and the hair stylists' skills are good, but the atmosphere was terrible. They turned on incredibly loud music, completely disregarding customers. People were boiling kratom leaves and drinking it in the salon (next to the hair washing station), smoking e-cigarettes, and the stylists were shouting and cursing at each other. They were singing loudly without caring if customers were okay with it, even turning up the volume if they liked it! If they want to party, they should close the salon or wait until there are no customers. I urge management to train their staff on manners and customer service. I've been to hair salons my whole life and this is the first time I've had such a terrible experience.

I really like getting my hair permed at this salon; I've never been disappointed. My latest perm turned out amazing!

The service was good and friendly. I brought my girlfriend to get a foil perm. They gave advice on the perm solution, scalp condition, aftercare, and shampoo usage.
