The salon is run by a man and I felt “handled” not heard and there was a weird power dynamic between him and the staff. The cut was nothing special and there was a blatant expectation for a tip and I felt like an ATM not a customer. Not a great experience after reading the high reviews which influenced my selection.

Very bad experience – not recommended I am extremely disappointed with my experience at LN Hair Studio, both in terms of the result and the way I was treated as a customer. Before we started, I took my time to clearly explain what I wanted, and I showed a picture of a cool-toned, even brown color with soft, natural shades. The color I asked for was clearly brown and not red or warm. The person I spoke to, who said he was the manager, seemed very confident and assured me that they could achieve this result. During the process, they started by doing highlights with bleach, and already at that stage I noticed that my hair was turning red and orange. I pointed this out, but I was told to wait until everything was finished. After that, the rest of my hair was colored, but when the final result was done, it looked nothing like what I had asked for. My hair was unevenly colored, with visible red and yellow streaks, and different parts of my hair had completely different tones. It did not look professional at all, and it was nothing like the reference picture I showed. I clearly told them that I was not happy with the result, and they suggested coloring my hair dark brown to fix it. Since my hair already looked very bad, I felt like I had no choice but to agree. However, even after this second coloring, the result was still not correct. In sunlight, my hair still looks red, especially in the areas that were previously yellow and orange. These parts now appear even more reddish, and the overall color has a warm tone that cannot be described as dark brown, as they promised. The next day, when I washed my hair, I even found a yellow streak that had not been properly colored. This clearly shows that the work was not done thoroughly or professionally. I went back to the salon to complain, and after some discussion, I eventually received a refund. However, what disappointed me the most was their attitude, as they did not take responsibility for the mistake and did not even apologize. Overall, this was a very poor experience both in terms of the quality of the work and the customer service. The result was far from what I asked for, my hair was unevenly colored with red and yellow tones, and it looks red in sunlight instead of dark brown. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone.

I am super happy with the outcome! I asked for a root touch-up with foil highlights using the weaving technique. The team worked very professionally, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. With my hair type, I usually have concerns about trusting someone new, as I already have lightened, long, curly hair. But as I said – the result was amazing! I can truly recommend this hair salon.

Immaculate service. At the get-go, you really don’t find them to be super friendly (but it could be due to the language barrier). The place is right outside iconsiam, and very well kept and tidy. Took on a wash + cut + blow at 600 THB for my long hair. Super reasonable. As the lady was washing my hair, we chatted abit and I realised their actually quite sweet people. I requested for the male hairstylist to trim my hair (ALWAYS HAVE A PICTURE READY IF YOU THINK LANGUAGE BARRIER IS GOING TO BE A PROBLEM). The male stylist is 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, and accurate with catching the exact layers that I wanted. The blowing was slightly harsh, which I pegged to my coarse hair, and also perhaps the lady wanted my hair to be as frizz free as possible, hence the tugging, but it wasn’t unbearable, and overall, as a nitpicky person, I would give this 4.9/5 (it met all the requirements for service, skills, cleanliness, price point). I will highly recommend this to anyone who visits ICS (and if you intend to have a haircut there, pls don’t it is at least double the price in the mall!! Just try this quaint salon) Super great experience I had trimming my hair overseas for the first time ever.

Everyone here is super nice! The stylist is very understanding so don't be afraid to use your voice! I only got a haircut and their technique was absolutely beautiful. Have a photo reference because it really helps with how my hair turn out. They also speak English! Thank you for making my hair super handsome and cool ! ╰(*´︶`*)╯
