The staff and styling at this salon were impressive from the start. However, I was disappointed when I got my haircut and perm on the same day. My curly hair looked chic only the first day, but after four days, it was completely flat. I texted them about the issue, but they haven’t even acknowledged it. This is the most unprofessional hair salon I’ve ever been to. I’ve been waiting for a response for a couple of days now, but I haven’t received any. Hope it not happens to anyone.

This is my second time visiting this shop! I came back because I loved the layered cut I got during my first visit. Before that, I had a hard time finding a place that could do a layered cut well. The staff and stylists are very attentive and professional. FYI, They also have English-speaking staff~ It’s definitely a great place to visit at Ari!

It’s very difficult to book an appointment, but the service did not meet my expectations. The salon required me to book a haircut together with another service. The layered haircut was not done well and was uneven. After the hair coloring, my hair became very dry. No parking

Nice salon with tons of natural light. K.Kit is a pro. Dude don’t miss. 5 stars for him. If you bring a car consider parallel parking it against the sidewalk out front. The alley is too narrow, parking spot is extremely limited. But if you insist you can contact the shop to help you with parking at the front of the salon if there’s space. Not worth the hassle, tho.

The best haircut I’ve ever had! It’s 100% accurate to the reference, plus the hairdresser “John” customized it a bit, so it perfectly suits me!! Also he help suggested how should I style my hair with what product, and he did showed me how to do it, which I really love when the hairdresser suggested me what to do. 😂 And what made me feel amazed is the price, it’s cheap compared to the service I got, and my satisfaction about my hair cut lol, I actually expected higher price. Over all, the service is super duper great, and I honestly just found my favorite hairdresser!!
