I've been getting my hair done at this same stylist for three years now. I'm completely loyal; they always manage to transform damaged hair back into beautiful hair. The stylist has a gentle touch; the scalp-scratching during washing is so relaxing I could almost fall asleep. They cut, style, and finish their hair with meticulous attention to detail.

It seems I've finally found a truly honest hair coloring salon!🥹 🩵 The stylist was incredibly lovely. She explained everything in detail, didn't make any false promises, and told me exactly what the resulting color would be – a bright shade, more red than purple (depending on your base hair color). She explained the principles of color reproduction without trying to upsell anything. I loved that! 😂 🧡 The staff were also lovely, providing excellent service with polite and attentive care. 🩷 The salon atmosphere was great; spacious, airy, and comfortable – not crowded at all. There was no strong chemical smell or eye irritation upon entering. 💛 The electric shampoo chair was amazing! It was so relaxing while washing my hair; I almost dozed off for a moment because the stylist carefully covered my eyes with a blanket. 🤍 The color application was meticulous. They did a color test before starting, checked the color, and perfected the details. 💜 I'm so happy with the resulting hair color! This is exactly the reddish-purple I wanted, and my hair isn't damaged or dry at all. Amazing! This was just the salon's treatment, which was included in the coloring price. I'm very impressed. If you're looking for a hair salon with reasonable prices, great service, and beautiful hair color that won't damage your hair, try this one! I really liked it, so I had to write a review. The shop didn't pay me to write this! 😂

All the staff provided excellent service and a warm welcome. They paid great attention to detail. I was impressed from my first visit and I think this will be my regular salon. The hairdresser was very meticulous, giving great advice on hair condition and coloring. The staff who did the coloring were very careful when washing and blow-drying my hair. They even taught me how to style it in detail. The color and hairstyle turned out exactly as shown in the reference picture. I'm very happy with it. ❤️❤️❤️ 📍Location: Walk out of the Robinson KIS building on the 1st floor, turn right, walk towards Siam Condo building, enter through door 2, and walk straight to the salon. (The salon looks a bit hidden, but it's great! Private and not crowded at all 👍🏻)

I had a great experience making an appointment, they were available and lovely and answered all my questions. However, my keratin treatment at the hair salon did not meet my expectations. The treatment was done differently than usual, and the result was disappointing. Despite raising my concerns, the staff insisted that this was the correct procedure. I paid for the service, but my hair turned out frizzy and puffy, with waves and no lasting result. I reached out to the salon multiple times for a follow-up, but they have not responded to any of my inquiries. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the service and lack of communication post-treatment.
