I had a hair cut yesterday and just walked in , thinking I had an appointment there which I fixed before. It turned out to be the wrong hair salon but I didn't leave and had my hair done over there. They were so nice and super flexible. Great washing treatment and great hair cut. It will from now on be my constant hair salon while being in Bangkok. Thanks for the good work yesterday 😉

UPDATE: The way they responded to me with a presumption that I was not real customer - which I think very superficial - clearly explains that they don't care if the problems are real. Instead of taking my pov to improve the quality of their services and products. They believe that they are already good. Obviously this business is complacent. -------------------------------- MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: I thought this salon was operated under Japanese standard so I booked for a hair cut without minding the price at all. I thought I could trust the Japanese claims. It turned out that it’s just a Thai salon with Japanese name. Nothing reminds me of a proper Japanese salon; interior, scent, service, products, staffs, everything. - Start with no greeting customers at front, only one staff told me to have my hair washed. - Seat in washing area is mediocre - Washing service is mediocre. I could still smell the sweat when I touched my scalp. The time when they put conditioner is so short that I bet it doesn’t even absorb to my hair. - The products (Schwarzkopf, Milbon) are medium quality. I have found places that use better quality. - No serum after washing process - Drying service is mediocre. Started with two staffs then one was told to change her task, while another was busy with preparing for another customer’s coloring service. - Towels had musty smell - My hair after drying looked less healthy than when I do myself. A little bit frizzy - No asking how I part my hair nor how I do my daily hair style - The hairdresser only cut my hair from the back so when I sweep it forward, it looks unequal. How does this mistake happen? - They used hot strengthener without applying heat protection product on customer’s hair 'We stand by the professionalism of our team and our commitment to transparent , HIGH-QUALITY services for every guests.', Sarasara's quote. Have they ever felt embarrassed to claim their services 'HiGh-QuAlItY'? I would if I were them because they have missed so many points of being a good salon. Avoid This Place At All Costs

AVOID! Absolutely terrible experience with a completely rude, unprofessional and incompetent management I came in with a clear request for a light beige colour, even showed reference photo (attached). Somehow they gave me hair that’s much darker than what I asked for, even darker than what I came with When I pointed this out, the managers insisted the colour is the same and gave all sorts of stupid excuses, even called security, doing everything EXCEPT taking responsibility. Initially they said I have to bleach my hair and the next moment they switched up and blamed it on my hair condition. Im appalled how they handled the situation especially the female boss. She is the nastiest of the bunch who has the audacity to scream in the client's face. To make things worse, my Chanel bag and shirt was stained with dye during the appointment, not a single apology was offered. They insisted it was stained outside (why would i have dye on me outside??? brainless argue) 4 hours of my precious time wasted for a result I hate, and left looking worse than what I came with Initially gave this place a try because of the reviews but HUGE mistake. Should have stuck with my usual salon who is MINIMALLY able to deliver what the client wants and treat clients with RESPECT

My daughter had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sarasara (さらさら) Hair Salon! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the salon’s calm, stylish atmosphere and the warm, professional staff. The attention to detail was incredible—her hair not only looked amazing but felt healthier too, thanks to their high-quality products. Highly recommended!

A cozy salon located near the restroom on the L Floor, which is easy to find. The staff are friendly and provide great service, especially during the hair wash with warm water and a gentle touch. The barber is really nice that she combines your reference with her own suggestions to create a style that suits you. One downside is that there was only one barber during my visit, so when it gets busy, everyone has to wait, and the previous customer might feel a bit rushed. Overall, very satisfied with both the result and the service.
