I’m sorry I have to give this only 1️⃣ star because this has been my WORST massage experience whenever I’ve been to Bangkok. I didn’t compare to high class parlours but I’ve visited many budget friendly massage centres as well that operates very well too. Me and my friend went for a 120 min full body Thai oil massage, paid 1200 baht each in cash. Ended up we realised that we only got around 100 mins as they cut it short by 20 mins and there was no apology even when we brought it up at the counter politely asking if they have mistaken that we signed for 120 mins and not 90mins session. The lady staff just gave us a long face, roll her eyes and started speaking in Thai to her colleagues, avoiding eye contact with us the whole time. We didn’t expect a refund but we don’t even deserve to get a simple sincere apology. The massage pressure was way too hard, we literally said “soft soft” a few times during the session but they just said “okay okay” and kept going. Two days later I can still feel the soreness in my back, it hasn’t gone away until I’m back in my own country. Also just a heads up, this place seems to take in way more walk-ins than they can handle. While we were at the counter the same lady was juggling multiple customers at once, and we saw another customer’s payment get ignored even though it had already gone through, someone else had to sort it out for him. Felt very overbooked and disorganized. Cut short someone else’s session just to fit more customers. Long story short, they easily scam your time and money or maybe even an apology.
