Went to the second floor and it's some place called Fera by 24 Massage. Instead of replying that customers should know to ask for a business that doesn't appear to have any sinage you should probably have signs for both visible after customers leave the elevator and instruct your staff to inquire which business the customer is going to. I left after getting a massage from a woman that was really bad at her job. I then went to Arena amd had a great experience. I'll be going back to Arena when I'm back in Bangkok. You lost repeat business and probably have people turn around and leave because you don't make it clear at the door that the businesses are combined

obviously they are either closed or clearly not interested in responding to messages. Service = FAIL.
