Very disappointing experience. We arrived around 8:10 PM, almost 50 minutes before closing time (9:00 PM). There were three of us, and one of us only wanted a very quick beard trim, nothing complicated. We even offered to pay extra because we understood it was getting late, but they refused and said they were already closing at 8:30 PM. If your actual last customer time is 8:30 PM, then your business hours should clearly state that instead of saying you close at 9:00 PM. We spent money taking a tuk-tuk here because this was the nearest barber, only to be turned away despite arriving before the posted closing time. A simple beard trim takes only a few minutes, so this was frustrating. Just admit that you are lazy.

After many years cutting my hair there with K.Pheang and K. Ohm / Oam The call the cancel me as a client forever. Saying that we can’t serve u! With no reason But from my side giving tips / birthday drinks treat and coffee! Even my cut is not that complicated. But just cut me for no reason. Unbelievable and I just write this to let people know. It’s their loss to have a customer treat them with nothing but respect and hugs and more! Like friends! Cuz if been coming to this place for long enough I had no problem with another hairdresser cut my hair in the wrong way till my head burn. And I didn’t ask for a fix or refund! Thx but no thanks!

The lady really took the attention to detail, all the way. Very pleased with my haircut. And I must say, a gentle barber, I felt so relaxed I started falling asleep. Happy with my new fade. 🙏🏽🤍

First time trying as a tourist and thankfully turned out how I wanted. Price is also reasonable compared to other saloons in this vicinity.

Took my dad to Never Say Cutz while visiting Bangkok. He was keen to have his hair cut as it had been a while and he felt his hair had become unruly. I sat on the bench by the reception area. Location Conveniently located in Siam Square One, even if it was a bit tricky navigating around the mall itself. Atmosphere & space The salon is small/tight but nicely decorated, very trendy. Price Reasonably priced compared to abroad. Quality The barber was very attentive with my dad's hair and beard. He used two different methods on both his hair and beard - eg electric trimmer and razor. The barber seemed very keen to get clean lines throughout. He also styled his hair well at the end (with gel/wax). Things to note Language barrier can be an issue. Had asked for a cut and wash but dad got a cut and shave, no wash (even though they said they understood). They tried to use pictures to communicate cut style. There's cold bottled water available, which I think was complementary. Overall Dad was impressed with the preciseness of the cut and shave and would go back (especially as it was reasonably priced), but we can imagine the language barrier could be an issue if someone was looking for something specific.
