I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience here. I went in person the day before to book my services and secure a slot, which they gladly confirmed. However, on the actual day of my appointment, they called to cancel on me, stating that they only had one barber available. If they were going to be that short-staffed, they should not have accepted my booking in the first place, or they should have communicated the issue much earlier. It is incredibly unreliable to accept an in-person appointment only to cancel it at the last minute. It disrupted my plans for the day, and I won't be returning.

i never had hair cut here but the booking appointment is messy, booked but still need to wait WT# and if u want to add another service, they will decline and explain this and that etc. too busy for you to be accomodated on time and not service flexible.

We visited this salon with my son for a haircut. We understand that haircuts can’t be done simultaneously, so we wanted to have him cut one by one while we waited. However, the staff member was disrespectful and impolite. He insisted that we couldn’t have two haircuts at once, even though we were willing to wait. His attitude was dismissive and made us feel unwelcome. We decided to leave the salon and never return. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. The staff member should learn how to communicate effectively with customers.
