I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! ❤️ My hair was extremely damaged, with a lot of uneven orange and red tones, and they completely transformed it. They did an absolutely amazing job bringing my hair back to life, and I’m so impressed with their skills and professionalism. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They took such good care of both me and my hair, made me feel comfortable, and really took the time to make sure everything was done properly. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work. Thank you so much for saving my hair and giving me a result I’m so happy with! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for talented hairdressers and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be coming back! 🥰✨

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I specifically returned because I had such a wonderful experience here last year. Unfortunately, this visit was incredibly disappointing. I’ve attached the photos in reverse chronological order for context: • Photos 1–3: My hair a few weeks after this appointment. • Photos 4: My hair immediately before this appointment, after naturally growing out for almost a year. • Photos 5: My hair immediately after my original appointment with this salon last year. As you’ll see, my hair actually looked healthier, more dimensional and more seamlessly blended before this touch-up than it did afterwards. I wasn’t asking for a new colour. I simply wanted a small refresh before my trip - my roots and a few face-framing highlights. During the consultation I was reassured that the team remembered exactly what had been done previously, including the colours, so I trusted that we were simply refreshing my existing balayage. Unfortunately, that wasn’t what happened. The appointment took almost as long as my original full colour service and I was charged only 1,000 baht less than my previous 12,000 baht appointment, despite only requesting a minor maintenance service. The colour itself was very disappointing. My original balayage was soft, natural and beautifully blended with lots of dimension. This time the highlights came out much chunkier and less seamless, particularly around my face, and the overall colour became flat with a slight greenish tinge that drained the warmth from my complexion. Another major disappointment was that, during my appointment last year, we specifically discussed using an ammonia-free base colour because I wanted to minimise damage to my hair as much as possible. This time an ammonia-based base colour was used without any discussion. By the time I realised something different had been applied, my scalp was already stinging. Afterwards I experienced significant scalp flaking, and my hair has felt noticeably drier and more damaged ever since. The experience at the end of the appointment also left me uncomfortable. The salon wanted to film my hair for Instagram content, but the staff didn’t seem to know how to style it for the video, so large amounts of hairspray were sprayed into my hair instead of styling it the way I wanted. I left feeling like getting content for social media had become more important than making sure I was genuinely happy with the result. It’s taken me a few weeks to write this because I initially thought I just needed time to get used to the colour. Looking back at my photos, I’ve realised my hair actually looked far better before the touch-up than afterwards. What makes this especially disappointing is that I know this salon is capable of beautiful work, because the colour you created for me last year was exactly why I came back. I trusted your reassurance that you remembered my previous colour, and I left feeling like I’d lost a year’s worth of beautifully grown-out colour and now have to spend time and money correcting it elsewhere.

I had such an amazing experience at Million Salon with Thae! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The entire appointment was so relaxing from start to finish, and I genuinely enjoyed every minute of it. Thae did exactly what I asked for, even with a slight language barrier. Her English is actually very good, so communication was much easier than I expected. I showed her an AI-generated photo of my dream hair, and she absolutely nailed it. My hair looks just like the picture, but even better because it feels so healthy, soft, and incredibly shiny. She also made thoughtful recommendations that were tailored specifically to my hair rather than just following the photo, which I really appreciated. Her assistant was amazing as well and made the entire process run so smoothly. Together they were such a great team. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would absolutely recommend Thae at Million Salon to anyone looking for a beautiful, personalized color transformation. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first time at the Million Salon and I was so impressed with their service. The staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. They were incredibly experienced and I didn’t need to explain much. I did air touch balayage and a treatment. It took about 6 hours to do the whole thing but I was very comfortable and they were very kind. I was so impressed with the results. I absolutely recommend this place.
