  Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and shown to a comfortable seating area with cosy chairs. We were offered a cold towel and a refreshing detox drink, while fresh coconut water was also available as a self-service option. Our sandals were taken away and replaced with comfortable spa slippers before we were escorted to the treatment room. The experience began with a relaxing foot soak in warm water using fragrant spa products. Our feet were then gently washed and dried with a soft towel. The spa was exceptionally clean, luxurious, and peaceful, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. All of the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional throughout our visit. We then enjoyed a 30-minute foot massage in a large, comfortable reclining chair. The ambience was calm and soothing, making it easy to unwind. Afterwards, we were taken to another treatment room where we received a further one-hour back and shoulder massage on comfortable floor mattresses. Our therapist regularly checked that the massage pressure was comfortable and adjusted it whenever needed, which we really appreciated. The service felt personalised and attentive throughout. Overall, we had a wonderful 90-minute spa experience. The treatments were relaxing, the facilities were spotless, and the staff provided excellent service. We would definitely recommend this spa to anyone looking for a high-quality massage experience, and we would happily return again.

  I visited Let’s Relax on my last day in Bangkok, and it was absolutely amazing. The spa has a clean shower facility for guests to freshen up before the massage, and the room itself was spacious enough to accommodate couples if needed. My therapist was very professional, and her medium‑strength aroma oil massage was exactly what I needed after a stressful work meeting. She managed to loosen so much tension in my shoulders and back. Before the session, I was given disposable underwear, a hair cover, and even a hairbrush — thoughtful touches that made the experience feel very organised and comfortable. After the massage, they served mango sticky rice and a cup of hot tea, which was such a lovely way to end the session. I walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and completely rejuvenated. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bangkok.

  In my experience, Let’s Relax outlets tend to be a hit-or-miss. We have had good experiences at this branch before, but unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. We booked and fully paid for our appointments online a week in advance and specifically requested male therapists for our foot, neck, and back massages. Upon arrival, we were informed that only one male therapist was available. However, when we pointed out that we had not been notified of this beforehand, the staff quickly changed their response and said they could provide two male therapists after all. This inconsistency was frustrating and left us feeling annoyed from the start. To make matters worse, the reception staff communicated the wrong massage duration to the therapists. When we checked with the therapists to confirm the length of our sessions, they appeared confused, likely because they had other appointments scheduled afterward. They had to return to the reception desk to verify the booking details, which further disrupted the experience. Another surprise was the absence of the digital tablets/iPads that had previously been used for guests to indicate areas to focus on or avoid during the massage. This felt like a step backward in service. Overall, the visit felt poorly managed, with a lack of coordination between the reception staff and therapists. It certainly wasn’t the relaxing experience we had expected. As for the massage itself, it was decent. However, the hot pad placed under our necks during the foot massage had an unpleasant odor, which raised concerns about quality control and hygiene standards.

  I booked a voucher via Pelago for the Central World branch, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming staff who greeted me with refreshing tea and a clean towel. I opted for the 120-minute Thai Body Massage, and it was worth every penny. It did wonders for my stiff muscles, providing deep relief and total relaxation for my tired arms and legs. To top it all off, they served a delicious portion of mango sticky rice after the session, even though it was quite late. A truly high-quality experience you shouldn't miss when in Bangkok.

  The WORST service possible. No navigation in the mall except for one arrow facing the wall. Literally. I spent half an hour roaming around and the number for the spa was just out of service. I used to love Let’s relax. Probably need to find another spa which price ambition would match the service level. And the manager of the place is amazing. She said she was sorry like five times. And then she said I had no booking with them but they miraculously can find a slot for me. No thank you. Any street massage shop is better than this. It’s a shame. Avoid this branch. Not worth it. The star manager that kept saying sorry and it’s ok is the one in black jacket. I am not ok. Not even close. 😟
