  We really appreciate a professional, high-quality massage. In the past, we’ve tried other places where the massage was just average - which is always disappointing and ends up not being worth the price. We’ve visited Labella twice, and the therapists are simply excellent. They know exactly where to apply pressure and how to treat the body properly. If you’re visiting MBK and enjoying a shopping day, I highly recommend going up to the 5th floor and finding this place - it’s definitely worth it. You won’t be disappointed, and the prices are very reasonable. We tried both the neck & shoulders massage and the foot massage, and both were fantastic!

  The SPA is amazing!!! The staff are very friendly and caring they give your excellent service Nan is very good in styling this salon totally recommended for your me time girls! 🎀

  Do not do the relaxing head spa. Was a terrible experience and I do not recommend My eyes burned, got water in my ears and it was not fun

  Pang is the best for Thai massage. She knew exactly where to put pressure and I felt amazing after. I highly recommend this place

  If there are no experienced staff available to do head spa you should just say so. Paid 650 baht for the 60min head spa. The staff was very inexperienced and it was not relaxing at all. When she asked me to change and remove my bra, she kept opening the curtains exposing me and my friend to the rest of the shop?(There were male staff in the shop as well.) She did not know where the buttons were and could not turn on the water. She kept having to ask senior staff how to do each step. When applying mask, it covered my nose and mouth. Could not breathe as she left the plastic cover on it. Hair wash was quite painful and soap kept going inside my ear. I tried to scrape it out but she kept pushing more soap in. I turned and saw my friend getting a proper head spa so I knew something was wrong. Luckily the senior staff came to help dry my hair because the lady who did the head spa for me could not do it. Felt like it was money wasted as it turned out to be stressful and not relaxing at all. Would rather they have been honest. The products used were fine. Face and hair feels smooth. But the overall experience leaves much to be desired...
