I had a very disappointing experience. I called and politely said, “Hi, how are you?” and also sent a photo of the hairstyle I wanted for my stepdaughter. Instead of being treated with respect, I was met with a very rude attitude. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately I did not feel welcomed or valued as a potential customer. Based on this experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope the owner improves the way customers are treated because kindness and professionalism go a long way.

Best in Bangkok, professional, tight fashionable braids and hair Beauty. I’ve been using her for a year consistent and ive never had a problem with anything nor my friends that come. Welcoming and fast ✅

When I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment, Kiki was still in the middle of braiding another client and was not ready for me. She asked if I could wait 30 minutes, and I agreed. However, more than an hour passed without any update, apology, or explanation. At that point, I decided to leave. As I was heading out, Kiki ran after me and began speaking to me in an aggressive manner and insulted me. I won’t repeat the awful things she said, but I was genuinely shocked that this happened in front of other clients and her family, including young children. The “salon” operates out of her home and was also difficult to locate. The experience was highly unprofessional and toxic, and I will never go back.

Excellent hairstylist ! The résultat is beautiful I always get compliments everywhere I go! They braid you really fast, it doesn’t hurt ( I have a sensible scalp) and I am always satisfied ! I highly recommend

I visited the salon and was absolutely delighted! The master turned out to be a real professional. The process of braiding was quick, neat and almost painless. The braids turned out incredibly beautiful and dense. Now I know exactly where I will go next time. Thank you so much for the wonderful work! I recommend to everyone who wants to get quality braiding. Kiki's a professional at what she does 🥰
