Foot Haven Massage

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience at this massage shop during our stay in Bangkok. A special thank you to Oae, the receptionist, who was always warm, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. What impressed us the most was that although there were many massage shops right in front of our hotel, and we even tried some of them, we still found ourselves coming back to this shop every time. The quality of the massage, the professionalism of the therapists, and the excellent service made it worth walking a little farther. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff were friendly, and the experience was consistently excellent. Thank you, Oae, and the entire team for making our trip even more enjoyable. We will definitely return on our next visit to Bangkok and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly great massage experience.

I chose Foot Haven Massage because I visited 1–2 years ago and the experience was acceptable. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. On the first day, the therapist was very unprofessional—constantly distracted by noises outside, checking her nails and watch, stretching during the massage, and clearly not paying attention. I left unsatisfied. The second day was even worse. The therapist lacked basic massage skills, ignored my requests, and her nails caused pain despite repeated reminders. During the hot stone massage, she was distracted by other guests and placed hot stones behind my neck without warning, causing serious pain. When I requested to see a manager, the staff started filming me without consent and never apologized. Management handled the situation poorly, showed no empathy, and even made sarcastic remarks like “It’s okay, my boss has plenty of money.” The staff attitude was rude and dismissive until the very end. This place lacks professionalism, proper training, and basic respect for customers. I do not recommend Foot Haven Massage to anyone and will be sharing this experience on other platforms.

No idea why the rating is low. I tried few other places nearby but was dissapointed. So i decided to give them a try although the google review rating was low,but i was suprised. It was one of the best massage i had ever had. And i love getting massage, been to multiple massage shop around the world but the one i got here was def my top 5. We ended up coming here everyday for the rest of the trip. My husband also said he felt satisfied with the massage. Felt like the money i spent at other shop was a waste, i wish i discover this place earlier. They also have happy hour from 10am-6pm. Please get this lady (no 16) to massage you she is the best.
