Good Perm and Haircut. They care about small detail. Worth the price.

I had high expectations because I've been seeing them in IG and Tiktok. I even flew to Thailand just to get my hair done, instead of doing it in another country. The problem lies within the Line Operator staff. I specifically mentioned I'm not sure what to do with my hair which is why I needed a consultation with them since they are the professionals. I said maybe a treatment or down-cut perm would be nice considering that I did try to grow out my hair just for that. So I paid the deposit and thought she understood what I meant. And when I came there, I was truly disappointed. I didn't even know that there was a specific allotted time for the service which I didn't even request. I was told that I only requested for a cut and it was 1 hour and 30 mins only. I wanted to consult them if treatment would be needed with the hair I wanted to achieve but no, there was a problem with the staff who I talked to in Line. I even showed them the conversation I had with the staff and I really was not informed. The staff who cut my hair was at least nice and entertaining me, but I hope u guys would be more detailed with the service beforehand. I had a good cut thanks to Kob, but that was only temporary. Not really what I was hoping for.

I was worried at first, in case they would have problem communicating with foreigners, but they have a staff who can speak basic English. For the hairstylist, just bring a reference picture, you won't be dissapointed. The salon is located quite far from the any public transportation, so you would need to book a Grab to get here. Honestly I'm amazed by the customers who came here, they all looked like influencers, felt a little bit underdressed coming here but that's fine. You need to pay 500 THB as deposit first, which I think is reasonable because sometimes people like to cancel last minute, but if I can suggests something, don't be too hard on the time limit rules (10-15 min late should be allowed), because some customers came very far from city center.

I came here because of my regular barber, Kob. She is very kind and always takes great care of me. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the professional skill of the barbers here. The only thing I don’t really like is having to remove my shoes. The slippers provided don’t fit me well, and I’ve almost slipped a few times. Other than that, everything is great. Highly recommended!

I used to be a customer of this salon and was impressed with their service. I recommended it to many friends, family, and even celebrities. However, I no longer do so. Recently, I planned to bring my 7-year-old son along for a visit. When I informed the shop that he could sit still, they responded that if he moved, I would be charged an additional 300 THB on top of 500. I was shocked by this response. For context, high-end salons in Thonglor, Ekkamai, and Wittayu Road do not charge customers upfront. They trust and respect their clients. In contrast, this salon now requires upfront payment, even though I have been a regular customer and have often experienced delays in my appointments.
