  My friends and I chose this place based on its strong Google reviews, but our experience didn’t quite match the overall rating. After visiting, I took a closer look at some of the lower-rated reviews and found feedback that raised a few concerns. One review mentioned: “They have a fake promotion at the end where they promise a free 30 minute massage voucher if you leave a 5 star review. When I tried to redeem it the next day, they said I have to purchase another 1 hour to redeem the free 30 minutes. Not good customer service and not nice to lie to customers for fake reviews. Please be mindful of this.” While I can’t fully verify that myself, it’s something potential customers may want to keep in mind when evaluating reviews. As for the massage, unfortunately it didn’t meet expectations. We had two different therapists, and while everyone was polite, the techniques felt quite basic and not particularly effective. We also tried switching therapists to see if the experience would improve, but it remained fairly similar. My other friend was nearly burnt during the hot herbal massage while mine was lukewarm and barely heated. Very inconsistent. Overall, the visit felt underwhelming and didn’t provide the value we were hoping for. It may be worth considering more established venues, which can sometimes offer more consistent experiences.

  This massage spot offers a slightly upgraded experience compared to a basic massage parlor. It hits the essentials – cleanliness, private spaces, a calming atmosphere, and reasonable prices. However, it doesn't quite compare to the more luxurious spas in Bangkok. Across a few visits, I tried their Thai, neck and shoulder, and foot massages. I personally preferred the neck and shoulder massage over the Thai massage, as it involved more kneading and less stretching. The foot massage was undoubtedly relaxing. The strength of the massage seems to depend on the assigned masseuse. My neck and shoulder massage was a bit too gentle for my preference. However, considering the price point, my expectations weren't exceptionally high.

  near Conrad Bangkok, 10% expensive than other shop but 30% clean. staffs are all kind English very good. definitely the best massage shop at LangSuan.

  Came here for 1 hr foot massage and 1 hr head/neck/shoulder massage. My masseuse was ok, her foot massage is good. My husband's masseuse however wasnt so good- she used sufficient strength but she was v rough such that he had to request for a change in masseuse halfway. The other feedback and this is for the management - for head/neck/shoulder massage, it is better to look for a shop where u can lie face down on a bed with a hole in it so that ur neck is constantly straight. This place is a mattress on the floor so ur neck is twisted and it hurts halfway. Poor ergonomics which is ironic given its a massage place. Given the price point i think is still ok. But you are expecting high quality this isnt the place.

  The massage was fantastic. The overall experience was affected by very loud renovation noises during our 1 hour massage. While I understand it is something out of their control, it is still something that bothered me. Maybe something they could have warned us about in the beginning.
